QUESTIONS & ANSWERS / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I call my loyalty card and scheme whatever I like or does it have to be called Blue Rewards?

You can fully brand your welcome packs and cards. They can say and look however you want. Your micro site online can also be fully branded and even have its own web address. The customer will still need the “Blue Rewards Logo” on the card if you want to give your customers the ability to use national show card discounts.

Do I have to by a full year of welcome packs upfront?

No not at all although the smallest welcome pack bundle is 500 packs. Any smaller quantity simply isn’t economical for you or us.

Is there any way to reduce the cost of the solution, things are tight but I love the idea?

Yes there is you can get your own designers to design the packs which can save you £250 on the setup fees. If you are already a customer of Complete Automotive Solutions you are entitle to a range of discounts. Finally consider our flexible payment terms allowing you to spread the cost over the 12 month period.

What guarantees do I have that the retailers will stay involved once I sign up?

None, unfortunately companies can change their marketing strategies often. We also have to have a fairly relaxed approach to get the retail partners onboard in the first instance. All that said this solution helps drive customers to them and they are all very excited about that.

Will you continue to add new retail partners?

Yes absolutely, we will be adding new partners every month starting from March. We have some retailers who will be joining the solution over the coming months.

How often are the daily deals updated?

We add between 10 and 30 deals every day, Monday through to Saturday. Sunday can be quieter as the contacts at the retail partners are not in work but we probably add around 5 every Sunday.

How long do I have to commit for?

Well our contract is 24 months but if this proves a real problem talk to us, I am sure we will come to a mutual agreement.

Can I add local businesses that we have built relationships with, if I can persuade them to give my customers a discount?

Yes local Rewards are totally managed by you, we add in some national restaurants that are nearby but you can add to this list and setup info pages. Your local businesses simply need to agree to give your card holders the discount. This is a great way to sell those businesses some cars and give your customers some added value.

Can the customer use the money they save up at any Blue Rewards dealers or just at my group?

All points (money) can only be redeemed within the supplying dealers group. We want to make sure they come back to you not your competitor.

Can I ask you to add particular retailers; it would be great if X were involved?

Of course you can email us at retailer@bluerewards.co.uk we will do our best to initiate contact explain the scheme and explore the mutual benefits. We can’t promise we will get them but we will try. If it’s a well known name they are probably already in our sights.

Do you spam my customers with emails?

No not at all, they will get a monthly e-shot which will contain new retail partners and any really hot printable vouchers announced. The e-shot helps to drive traffic to your portal which means they see your brand and your adverts that are strategically placed on the micro site. Your customer data will never be sold on.

We may on occasion have a KILLER offer which we feel is worth communicating. For example Dell had a 2 day half price sale before Christmas. That’s a great bargain for your customers and also pays a significant amount towards their next car so we would communicate something like that.

Customers can choose to opt out of the monthly and special deal emails, while retaining the ability to receive emails from you the dealer.

How quickly can I go live with the solution in my business?

If we design the welcome packs for you and you decide on your dealer rewards within a few days, then you could be live handing customers your bespoke welcome packs in 4 weeks.

What sort of quality are the welcome packs, do they look cheap?

Your welcome packs are A4 folded (A5 size). They are printed at a high resolution on 250gsm paper (thick). Once printed they are matt laminated to give they a high quality feel.

Your membership card is printed on 760micron plastic card (same as credit card) again this is full colour front and back. The cards are also matt laminated giving a high quality finish. They also contain the customers unique membership number. The card is then glued to the welcome pack.

Can I choose what goes in my dealer rewards, or do I have to stick to the same as the examples?

You are in total control of your dealership rewards, you decide what and how you want to include benefits that you are pledging to the solution.
